Thoughts on Papu Gomez so far ? He was Messi'esque at Atalanta, he scored goals from distance, dribbled past multiple players, created lots of goalscoring opportunities for his teammates, where at Sevilla he was a sub in this game and when he does play he is an a fixed position on the left where at Atlalanta he had a free licence so he could come central like Messi and dictate play. For me they aren't getting the best out of an absolute wizard on the ball
How did Sevilla let in 3 against Dortmund midweek but keep clean sheets for fun in Spain ? Haaland effect or has La Liga quality dropped along with Spanish teams lacking any kind of intensity and press in the gameplay which makes it easier to defend against ?
